Terms of Service – MVPfast Labs

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MVPfast Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

MVPfast Labs provides web development, blockchain dapp development, MVP building, and cybersecurity auditing services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. MVPfast Labs retains the right to use project work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in paused work. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

MVPfast Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In such cases, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
